“Me and my friend Amanda had a wonderful time at the premier inn in aldershot and this was mainly from Maria. She was very attentive, friendly and great at her job. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Lovely food too!”

“I attended as part of a church group for a conference and forgot to book my reservation early which meant I had to book a wet room which was the only room left. I called, spoke with Bozena and asked if my booking could pls be monitored and room changed to a double room should they have any cancellations. Bozena said she’ll try her best and keep an eye. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Bozena, she kept an eye on my booking as promised and managed to change my room. I also had a portable air conditioner in my room which was so needed. That is what I call exceptional service. A Huge Thank You to Bozena. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely be staying there again the next time we have a conference and would recommend to friends and family.”

“I always book the premier plus rooms here as I know I'll consistently get a great stay no matter which premier inn I stay at for work. I can't speak for the original rooms. Gina, Luke, Matt and NJ always do a solid job and the foods consistently top notch aswell. Everytime I work on the area I always stay here, it's just simple and I know what to expect each time.”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service from the staff. A special thank you to Maria and Jenni, who were serving breakfast during my stay. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every morning a pleasure. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent service created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were courteous and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. It's clear that the team takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Maria and Jenni, and the entire Premier Inn Aldershot team for making my stay so enjoyable. “Overall, it did the job, but it’s a tired building that’s clearly in need of a refresh. I booked and paid in advance for a Plus room. After checking in and going to the room, it was obvious it was just a standard room. When I returned to reception, I was told the Plus rooms haven’t even been built yet and shouldn’t be on sale. I was offered a refund, but had to chase this through head office myself. There was no offer of any goodwill or compensation to help with what was a three-night stay. I booked specifically for the faster Wi-Fi and in-room fridge, neither of which I ended up having. Hopefully, once the refurbishment is complete, it will be a good option for staying near the exhibition centre. At the moment, parking is reduced due to construction, mobile phone signal is almost non-existent, and the free Wi-Fi is slow. That said, the staff were polite and friendly throughout, which was appreciated.”
